Many of us face challenges around having to do more work with less resource. One of the ways to help with this can be to consider how we make small changes to everyday processes, saving us time and freeing us up to do other things. To support with this and in response to popular demand, Focus is piloting a two-part course on understanding process mapping.
On Tuesday 16 January, an online session will introduce process mapping covering the key methods and tools. The second session, an interactive in-person workshop with a choice of dates in January and February, will be a chance to put the theory into practice using real life examples. Participants are encouraged to bring questions or issues they are facing with process mapping to this in-person session for advice and discussion. You will need to have completed session one to participate in session two.
Pilot course dates:
Session 1 – Tuesday 16 January
Session 2 – Wednesday 24 January (Radcliffe Observatory Quarter) or Wednesday 7 February (Osler House, Headington)
