Continuous Improvement (CI) Lunch and Learn: making sense of your survey data, Monday 20 November, 1-2pm
Surveys are one of the key activities that you can undertake to engage with stakeholders and customers. Being able to effectively analyse that data ensures that you can maximise the value of the insights and feedback gathered.
Join the CI Community of Practice (CoP) at a supportive session where you can learn about good practice in survey data analysis. CoP members will share their experience and knowledge of what good survey analysis looks like using their personal experience to illustrate how they have put this into practice. This will include experience of analysing staff experience survey data by the Equality and Diversity Unit (EDU).
This lunch and learn online session follows on from September’s event which explored the best practices and pitfalls of surveying to help you get the data you need.
