Find out how Continuous Improvement (CI) + technology = time saved!

Do you find tasks in your daily work that you think could be done more simply, safely, consistently and faster? From streamlining processes to automating tasks, the Workflow and Automation Competency Centre (WACC) is here to assist you with the necessary tools and expertise.

This CI Story session organised by the Continuous Improvement Community of Practice (CI CoP) will be chaired by Catherine Temple (Financial Process and Improvements Manager) and led by Stephen Kavanagh (Business Technologist). Stephen will be joined by fellow CI CoP members Alice Bevan and Ying Hung, who will share their inspiring stories about using CI and technology to save time.

Join us to discover how Continuous Improvement (CI) and technology collaborate to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure consistent, high-quality work delivery.

This session will introduce you to what the WACC is, how it can help you and the key concepts to support your improvement and automation efforts. You will then hear real process improvement and automation stories from the community to inspire you.

As part of Oxford’s Digital Transformation, WACC's resources and expertise are available to all staff.

Professional communities, including the CI CoP, are integral to Professional Services Together, making things easier and better across the University.
