In this insightful MS Teams webinar happening at 11 – 11.45am, Monday 14 October, Sara Passmore, Director of Focus and Sarah Doolan, Head of Continuous Improvement, will share the compelling story of how Focus went from a small, temporary improvement resource to an established Continuous Improvement (CI) function at the University.
Sara and Sarah will also share details on how the Focus team supports colleagues across Oxford to implement the CI mindset via their development programmes like the CI Local Practitioner and the CI Training for Teams, their project approaches like the Focus methodology and service reviews, and the CI Toolkit.
