The Focus team is delighted to announce that it is now recruiting for the next cohort of Continuous Improvement (CI) Local Practitioners. The 20-week development programme involves undertaking a local improvement project in your department using the CI tools and techniques that you will be learning. It continues the Focus team’s commitment to increasing its support to divisions and departments by developing individuals and their teams to act as local centres of expertise for CI.
As a Local Practitioner you’ll take part in a bespoke programme which includes in-person training and eLearning, as well as benefiting from the support of a buddy from the Focus team. Your buddy will provide one-to-one mentoring alongside the mutual support you’ll get from your cohort of like-minded colleagues.
