CI Story: Continuous Improvement (CI) tools in action

Register for the latest CI Story event from the Continuous Improvement (CI) Community of Practice, Thursday 19 September, 11-11.45am (MS Teams). You’ll find out how two CI Associate Practitioners are using CI tools to make positive changes in their areas. You will also learn more about how to apply for the CI Local Practitioner Development Programme to become part of the unstoppable force of positive change in the University! 
 
Thomas White, Financial Processes Officer, Finance Division, UAS and Karen Mead, Facilities and HR Officer, Oxford Internet Institute, Social Sciences Division graduated from the CI Local Practitioner Development Programme in Hilary term 2024. By the end of summer, they are already seeing and celebrating the results and positive impact of their improvements. 
 
The application of key CI tools like Voice of the Customer and Process Mapping is helping over 60 CI Associate Practitioners trained by Focus to streamline their processes, solve long-standing issues and save time for themselves, their teams and their stakeholders.
